- consulted with previous dentist X. seek opinion on ikeda's aftermath
- UL2 implant very bad result. require removal of implant, then GBR, then redo implant.
- Occlusion very badly done, requiring overhaul. All ceramic crown by ikeda have to be replaced.

- LR7 crown came off. Made next day appointment with dentist X to fit it.
2022-05-27
- Dentist X found LR7 natural tooth has decay, indicating that ikeda didn't take care of the decay when putting on the ceramic crown.
- Also found excessive cement was not clear properly.
- LR7 natural tooth was being grinded further.
- Requested dentist X to preserve status quo. Hence dentist X kept the decay and put crown back with temporary cement.
